Gabriel and Alexandra, a couple passionate about wine who decided to build our own family vineyard in the Casablanca Valley. In 2023, they found this small paradise surrounded by native vegetation and a privileged coastal climate, ideal for producing high-quality white and red wines. Since then, they have worked every day to transform this place into an authentic and welcoming space where we can share our passion for wine and nature with visitors. Their wines are crafted through an artisanal and organic process using traditional methods such as grape stomping and hand-sieving, preserving the true essence of winemaking. They currently produce around 3,000 bottles per year using grapes from excellent local growers while our own vineyards continue to grow for future harvests. Their small farm is also home to alpacas, sheep, horses, chickens, dogs, cats, and an organic garden, creating a warm and authentic countryside experience in Casablanca.
